Our yoga classes draw from traditional lineages while remaining responsive to the body and nervous system as they are today. Whether grounding or dynamic, each class invites a deeper relationship with the body and a return to embodied attention.

Meditation at Kula is a gentle and accessible practice of turning inward through silence, mantra, and subtle body awareness. Sessions may include guided stillness, simple techniques, or contemplative inquiry, all offered as invitations rather than expectations. The emphasis is not on doing it “right,” but on meeting experience as it is with presence and curiosity. Suitable for everyone, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice.

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing to support regulation, release, and inner clarity. Through different rhythms and techniques, we work with the breath as a tool for emotional processing, nervous system balance, and self-inquiry. These sessions offer space to reconnect inwardly while being held in a supportive group setting.

Cacao gatherings are heart-centered ceremonies that invite connection, reflection, and shared presence. Using ceremonial-grade cacao as a gentle support, we come together to open the senses, listen inwardly, and connect with one another in an intentional and grounded way. These gatherings often include meditation, sharing, and simple ritual.
